During this course, based on the production of a smoked salmon fillet, utilizing the Cuomo Method®, a professional and innovative method that treats, smokes and aromatizes salmon by means of an entirely cold system, without the emission of dangerous benzodiazepines and in a completely natural process.
This process enhances the lively coloured tissue and optimizes their nutritional values. In fact, salmon is rich in group A and group D vitamins, beneficial for improving some of our bod functions.
